1. Onsite Meeting
Together with the client, we inspect your property while discussing design requirements, ideas and dreams.
2. Sustainable ECO Design & Documentation
With consideration to client input, we utilise the natural elements on the property to their best advantage, incorporating views, sun, shade, cross breezes, light and open space. This creates a natural flow inside and out.
We design within your budget and can supply a builder’s construction estimate before working drawings begin.
We design, document and provide a hassle-free process working with consultants and council departments to achieve building approval.
3. 3D Animation
Modifications can happen easily and accurately. We can alter the plans and model on the spot, giving our clients the opportunity to try their ideas while they watch. This eliminates wasted time and numerous meetings. The client can view the 3D animations of their dwelling on our computer, a walk through or around the building.
3D images can be quickly produced (eg. adjacent image). The client can see realistic sun-light and shadows on the computerised model as they would appear on your property, at any time of the day or during any season.
4. Act As Client's Agent
For a smooth building process, getting quotes from engineers, building certifiers, surveyors, town planners and builders for their services is important. (We can compare the quotes and provide recommendations to the client.) We liase with the consultants required, the client and the council for a smooth operation.
Once the builder prepares a builders contract, we can help check through it before the client signs it, to ensure there are no undesirable clauses included. We will keep an eye on construction, to make sure it is in accordance with the building plans. We report to the client should any discrepancies or problems arise.
5. Documentation
We provide building plans in accordance with council requirements to receive building approval and realistic coloured 3D images around the building, to create a clear picture for the client.
We provide design & documentation for:

- Commercial: Resorts, Churches, Shopping / Entertainment Centers, Office blocks.

6. Project Manage
Are you an owner builder? Relieve the pressure, and allow us to project manage your whole process for the building design phase.
